After been here for several year, finally we(me&Ling) had decided to settle down our following life in Klang, Selangor.

We had bought our new house at Setia Alam, Klang last year and expected to be completed by end of this year.

Is not a big house (no money buy big house :( ), with 4 rooms, 3 toilets but enough lah for small family.

This is the current progress of my house and hopefully can complete earlier which we no need to rent again and stay at our own house.

Damn you---Restaurant Shema

Well, this restaurant just openned for 2 months which near to my office. Of course, it to be our staffs 1st choice to breakfast there coz just opposite our office.

Wat I very unsatify with this restaurant is the price never same whereas I ate the same thing everyday which is Nasi Goreng+1/2Telur Rebus (attached picture)+ Teh O Ais.

Below is the price which they charged me by last week:

1. Monday-RM2.50

2. Tuesday-RM2.40

3. Wednesday-RM2.30

4. Thursday-RM2.50

Of course, as a "good consumer"I had sound out my unsatifying on this matter on that Tuesday when they charged me RM2.40:

Me: Boss, u punya harga macam saham, kejap naik kejap turun...

Worker:.......smile like stupid.......

After I had scored that day, on Wednesday they charged me RM2.30. But on Thurdays, another worker has charged me again with the price RM2.50. That day, I direct "tembak"that worker:

Me: Kenapa u harga kejap naik kejap turun and never same everyday...

Worker: Ni bergantung pada qty u ambil bang...

Me: Apa maksud qty ambil, I everyday ambil lebih kurang saja.

Worker: U tak puas hati yah.....

Me: Mesti lah i tk puas hati, I tak kisah tu 10sen 20sen tapi tak puas hati harga tiap tiap hari beza..baik tukar saja lah nama "Restaurant Shema" jadi "Bursa Saham"

After that I had paid that RM2.50 and I sweared....never ever go there again Fxxx Yxx Shema Restaurant.............

Comparison Naza Bestari & Toyota Yaris

Nowadays, the imported cars getting cheaper and cheaper to compete with Nation Car like Proton. Some import car makers even signed agreement with local assembler to make the import cars even cheaper.

By assembly 70% of the parts will consider as local car and reduce the import duty. We now go though two car models which you all can see very soon in the road.

Naza Bestari

This model called NX-02 and is cooroperation between Naza and Automotibiles Peugeot to produce a locally manufactured Naza brand. The former is Peugeot 206.

It still remain the portfolio like Peugeot 206 and only changed the brand to Naza. It come with 1.4 liter (1360c.c) 8 valve singe cam, dual air bags, anti lock braking system (ABS), 4 speed automotive porsche tiptronic system, 5 door versality (hatchback). Top speed rated 161km/h and 0-100km acceleration at 15.2 s.

The price is RM68,888 on the road. For those who buy Waja...rugi lah...Well you all now can book at the authorized Naza car dealer....

Toyota Yaris

Toyota Yaris comes in two trim levels, the Toyota Yaris 1.5G and the Toyota Yaris 1.5S. It's just launched in Malaysia this month. This car will import from Thailand.

The engine is 1.5L VVT-I (DOHC), with 15"steel wheels (185/60 R15 tyres), Leather bound steering wheel and gear shift, 5 speed with manual and 4 speed with auto, AM/FM electronic tune radio & MP3 compatible 6 disc in dash CD changer through 4 speakers. Provided with Sports Body Kit for YRX model.

* Optional for driver and front passanger side SRS air bags, front and rear side curtain shield SRS air bags and driver's knee airbag.

For the price: About RM90K

AFTA will fully opened on year 2008, at that time we can buy the cheaper car for the imported cars. Currently our imported car's price is the most expensive among ASEAN country, Example: Vios in Malaysia is RM80K but in Thailand only RM40K++.......

So wait ....n wait..............

Klang's Famous Duck Rice

I would like to intro a very delicious duck rice in Bandar Klang which also can compete with theChicken Rice At Seri Kembangan as introduced by my friend. Truly say the Chiken rice at Seri Kembangan really good which you all can also try for it.

The restaurant of this famous duck ric called "Restoran Hong Wah" and located at the center town of the Klang. This restaurant nearby the Ocean Super Market and Public Bank. This restaurant open 7 days a week which from morning to 8pm.

Ling: Yummy,,........start makan liao..

The price for the duck rice is RM3.50/plate but if you asked for 2 person about RM9.00 which with more duck meat.......

look like delicious right.....^^

Different with Chicken Rice at Seri Kembangan, this restaurant provided "Free"soup and can be re-fill one after finished. See the soup...huh...delicious right......

I had been tried for so many duck rice shops and this is the best. Well no need to wait...come to Klang and I can bring you to taste this famous duck rice.

MPSJ Parking Summons

What a shit and once again I had been summon by MPJP on the reason didn't paid the parking in front of the office.

This "celaka" new coming MPSJ officer so hardworking came here on 3.30pm to summon who did not pay their parking. This month, I got 2 summons liao.....shit....
Thanks to this 19 years old fresh officer,,.....dun let me see u....

This is my 6 summons since from year 2003 which MPSJ started their parking paying sytem in USJ21. Each summons cost me RM80 but still valuable.

You see for the monthly parking need to pay RM80 and since 2003 until now need to pay RM3280 if I buy the parking sticker. Now I only "Kena" 6 summons only and cost RM480.

Anyway, until now even 1 summons I still not yet been paid to MPSJ although I had received that so called "warning letter"which asked me go to court if dun want to pay...huh so wat.....come n catch me stupid...

About My Company

Here, I want to intro my 3rd company in my work life since 2001. My current company called Fuchitex (M) Sdn Bhd and i worked here since Dec2002...eh...about 3 1/2 years...wah so long liao...

My company located USJ, Subang which beside the LDP highway to Puchong from Hicom. Our main product is automotive fabric which current we supply for MyVi 1.3, Kancil, Kenari, Kelisa, Renalt Kangoo, Kia Spectra, Naza Sutera....etc etc...

We rent shop lot with 2 Floor which ground floor is mkg office, 1st floor is our GM room and 2rd floor is our designer dept. We had our own capability to design the pattern for the fabric we propose to the car maker.

We also had our factory at Batu Pahat with Fabric Maker Machine. Total workers about 70 people. Let view some snat shot of my office.....

Yeong Ngie's wedding

Last Saturday, we had attended Yeong Ngie's wedding at Seremban together with orther friends.

Well, another friend has lost his freedom by getting married and took full responsibility as a husband and father in future...... :0

Among our friends....almost 80% already getting married like Ah Ho, Ah Ping, Ah Pek, Alex, Ah Bird, Ah Soon........

Not yet marry one got...Ah Toh, Ah Ai (Ex-housemate), come on Ah Toh, Ah Ai we are waiting your wedding dinner....

Ling has going vocation to Hong Kong on 8/Apr until 12/Apr'06 which at that time I'm also having my business trip to Pakistan.

Well, she going Hong Kong with her mother with the main purpose visit their aunty & uncle (Her mother's sister & brother)
