SP SETIA- The name only !!??

SP Setia-Malaysia Best Property For Year 2005 & 2006, is that the name only? For me, the good name only but not in good quality on the houses unit thier selling.

I do believe the owners of the Eugenia, Setia Alam agreed with my statement where water leaking poblem is the major problem.

My house has been found of water leaking for twice and last Friday even more terrible which the water came from my neighbour's house which suspected the pump of the tank broken. The water full and came out leaking from my neighbour's house till to my house.

I don't understand the leaking is from my neighbour's house and why the water can came over my house. This leaking cause my kitchen cabinet damaged seriously and the water mark all over the wall.

CORNELL RICE COOKER

Last few weeks, we use the point from the SP Alam to redeem a Cornell Rice Cooker for our new house.

We almost got killed because of this rice cooker. Damn and that's why all said that redemption product all is defected products from the factories.

This is the 2nd time we complaint of this "louzy" product . 1st time the cover unable to stand as shown in photo so we asked to change the new one.

This time, smoke came out from this rice cooker during we use for 2nd time nia.....luckly we aware of this and switch off immediately.

We took out and found that....WOW......look wat's going on

My Brother's Wedding 2

After finished all the ceremonial, we prepared for the wedding lunch at "Ah Gao Restaurant".

My Brother's Wedding 1

Yes, my brother getting married in the 3rd day of the Chinese New Year 2007. Of course as a big brother I be his driver on his "big day".

Yesterday (4/Feb'07) was our company dinner and at the beginning I dicided not to go cause dropped on Sunday. At last I'm going also ...^_^

Our annual dinner held in Landmark Hotel Batu Pahat. This is Subang Office's staffs and is the luckiest table at that night

All of our table won the price, Sarah (6 from the right) won a Freeze, Nonie &Anuar (3 & 4 from the right) got the hamper, Sean & Roslan (2 &7 from right) won an Iron, Irwan & Helen (5& 8 from right) won RM100 cash.

With my lucky number "021205"I won a 29"Panasonic TV at that night and let c how happy I'm when they announced this 2nd Prize

I had sold out this 29"Panasonic because my new house already got 29"Toshiba TV. No regret for me this year in this annual dinner ^_^

Moving to My New House ^_^

Yes, we had moved to our new house on 28/Jan'07 after 2 months "busy"buying furnitures, electricals and renovations.

Huh...We took 1 night and 1 day to wash our new house and took another 1 day to move our things inside. Now my body still in the pain conditions.

Toll Increased

I get shock after Sami Vellu announced the toll increased for 5 expressways:
1. LDP
2. KESAS
3. Kajang-Cheras
4. Karak
5. Guthrie Corridor

Damn...even I knew that the toll of that 5 expressways will increased on 1/Jan'07 but wow so much which in between RM0.30 to RM1.00. I thought only RM0.20 to RM0.50.

That means in starting from Jan'2007, I need to pay extra RM1.40 using the KESAS. Do you know wat the Indian guy said? "Even the toll was increased but still cheaper in the world"...fuck you lah

Even by increased the tolls, government still need to subsidy millions millions to the saying expressways company....stupid...can you imagine how much the expressway company can get in 1 days and still need to subsidy to them...

Another bad news is in 2008 another 8 expressways will increase their toll included Plus....damn it...

All increase except the salary...huh....undi lah Rocket sokong lah PAS no need vote for Barisan lah...

........sorry hah I just want to show my unsastifaction on this ................^-^

My House

Quite a long time, I haven't updated my blog since quite busy with my house. Yup finally, we had collected our new house's key and also the CF from our developer last few weeks.

My new house address is xx....(due to secure purpose been deleted by blogger)....^-^

After collected the key, we were busy to complaint the defects, source the constrator to renovate the house, survey the furnitures and measure the size to suit in our new house.

So far we had bought the master room bet sets, sofa, TV cabinet and coffee table. We also had selected the constrator for our kitchen cabinet, car part skylight, awning backside, car porch cement and back side cement and also the wiring.

There still a lot of things need to buy such as: air-conds, fans, lamps, dining tables, tank, etc etc.... * - *

Oh man....who can "pinjam "me the money

Well, expected my house can be move in end of Jan'07 if everythings smooth......

Aniyo-Hasaiyo Korea Trip (Fruit)

During our trip to Korea, we have a chance to visit and buy the Korean fruits at the Fruit Market.

The size of the the fruits there damn big such as apples, pears......We also had saw a very strange papaya and totally different with ours. Try to guess which photo is Papaya??.......

The answer is photo number 4 the green one.....not like papaya right ^_^ Photo number 3 and 6 is two types of Honeydew

Some of our trip members even buy 3-4 boxes fruits back to Malaysia. So crazy until over weight during check in the counter.

Aniyo-Hasaiyo Korea Trip (Food)

For the food, as we can see in Korea Restaurant in Malaysia which all is steamboat and BBQ styles.

For the side dishes few items you cannot run for it which is Kimchi, Carot, Tauge.

For the 1st 2 days, wow feel like so nice the Korea Food. But after that, bored since every time the lunch and dinner almost same. Huh, no Korea Food again for this year ^^

But for the Ginseng Soup Chicken (Last Photo) really nice. You can drink the ginseng wine or add into the soup. Not bad expecially in the cool weather.

After finished this Ginseng's Lunch...Every one drunk ^-^............

Aniyo-hasaiyo Korea Trip (Scene)

After married for almost 2 years, finally we are going to Korea for our honeymoon. This trip is 8 days and six night during the Hari Raya holiday.

We departured on 21/Oct'06 with 6 hours flight to Korea and back to Malaysia on 28/Oct'06. Since too many photos we have took, here I only post some of the photos and others will uploaded soon at Yahoo.

The weather at Korea about 12-18 degree but very strong wing expecially at Jejudo due to nearby the sea.

The air at Korea very fresh and also very clean. Even quite a lot of cars at Seoul but you never will smell the smoke from the cars like Malaysia.

That time we been there, the night time came very soon. 5pm at Korea seems like 8pm at Malaysian.

Not bad for this trip basically, very nice there but most of the place I forgot already the name ^^

Welcome Home My Wira

Finally my car completed been repaired after almost 1 month......fuck that workshop after chasing and chasing for 3 weeks

Bad Feng Sui

Why I'm saying bad Feng Sui in my company? Well, here is the stories:

23/Sep'06

I had met an accident and my lovely car totally destroyed in front. That day was Saturday and I'm on the way took my wife to her office.

That time that damn traffic light broken and that is the cause happened this accident. I had knocked another Wira and of course also not my fault cause both is main road.

Due to this, my car has been towed to workshop and need 3 weeks for repairing. Damn unluckly....but luckly no injured for both of us.

My boss's driver also has met an accident on the next day (Sunday). He has knocked by a car while he was riding motobike. His legs and hands injured and has rest for 1 week.

25/Sep'06

On Monday, another colleague (Nonie) also met an accident. She taking a taxi on the way from Batu Pahat to office and has knocked by the lorry at the Melaka.

Her face injured seriously and need to rest for 3 months. According to her sister, she might need to do plastic surgery in her face.....so bad.

I hope that after this no more bad things again happend in my company............
